Deadline for filing a 2008 fuel tax rebate is December 31, 2011

Special Notice

As of February 24, 2011, Alberta Tax and Revenue has cancelled the PROP and TEFU programs for unmarked fuel.

 

Please be assured that we will continue to file all rebates up to the program elimination date February 24, 2011.
Listed below are the timelines for filing a fuel tax rebate for prior years.

 

January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008             due on or before December 31, 2011

January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009             due on or before December 31, 2012

January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010             due on or before December 31, 2013

January 1, 2011 to February 24,  2011               due on or before December 31, 2014
